Particulate Systems Granted Exclusive Global Distribution of the NanoPlus DLS Nano Particle Size and Zeta Potential Analyzer from Otsuka Electronics in Japan
The NanoPlus is a unique instrument that utilizes photon correlation spectroscopy and electrophoretic light scattering techniques to determine particle size and zeta potential. The instrument can measure the particle size of samples suspended in liquids in the range of 0.6 nm to 10 μm with sample suspension concentrations from 0.00001% to 40%.
This instrument also has the ability to measure the zeta potential of sample suspensions in the -200 mV to +200 mV range with concentrations from 0.001% to 40%. The NanoPlus is compact and easy to use with an extended analysis range, intuitive software, and multiple sample cells to fit the user’s application.
The NanoPlus is a compact instrument providing many significant features to the user. The high performance with extended analysis range along with intuitive software and sample cells provides the user with an easy to use instrument.
There are three models available:
NanoPlus-1 – nano particle sizing instrument
NanoPlus-2 – zeta potential instrument
NanoPlus-3 – combination nano particle sizing and zeta potential instrument.
Patrick Wommack, General Manager for Particulate Systems, comments, “We are very pleased to offer the NanoPlus to all of Micromeritics customers as part of another addition to the Particulate Systems brand. The addition of this product further enhances the solutions Micromeritics and Particulate Systems are providing our customers. The addition of zeta potential measurements adds another dimension to Micromeritics commitment to our customers.”
